  We arrived @ Dave and Busters and the games were fun BUT those were the ONLY pleasurable moments. The service was ABSOLUTELY terrible. The wait staff was completely RUDE, assuming that we were underage simply because we had our younger sisters with us. On Sunday, you can enter the facility with an adult of 25 and older. We meet that criteria but we were treated VERY poorly. Other parties were treated with dignity and respect and I hate to discuss race but it had to be a factor considering that we were the only black party in the facility @ the time. We will NEVER patronize this facility again. This was to be a fun and positive experience for us as we celebrated a birthday but my little sisters will remember this experience and take our money elsewhere. If you hate your job and dislike servicing ALL groups of people, customer service is not your gift nor where you need to be. One good thing... Thanks for complimenting us without saying a word, assuming that we were all under the age of 25. If I could score this less than a 1, I would in a heartbeat! Thanks for NOTHING!

  Bunch of new games! As of 3/29/17. I was there about a month ago and there was 10-15 new games as of last night 3/29. The main entry and restaurant has been recently remodeled and looks amazing. Great place for a date night.

  If I could give negative stars I would. My husband, brother in law, and my best friend brought me here for my birthday tonight. Its been about 10 years since I've been here, and I was looking forward to yummy food, and adult play time in the arcade. Well... Over an hour later after being seated; with no service we decided to leave. Sad part is we seen staff everywhere, and we were passed multiple times, and not one even stopped to take our drink order. We took our service to the Coney Island next door. We had drinks within 2 minutes of being seated, and food on our table within 10.
